Privacy Policy

Daylma connects hospitality employers with workers. We collect only what we need to run that marketplace — the account details you provide, the listings and applications you create, and (for Day Labor) a one-time, approximate arrival confirmation near the job, with your consent.

We do not track your location continuously, and wages never flow through Daylma. You can request a copy of your data or delete your account at any time from the app; deletion removes your personal information while preserving de-identified ratings and message history so the two-sided reputation record stays intact.

This page is a plain-language summary while our full, counsel-reviewed Privacy Policy is finalized ahead of launch. It will detail data categories, retention, third parties (e.g. Supabase for hosting, Stripe for employer billing), and your rights.
