Requirements: Previous professional barista experience. Strong knowledge of matcha preparation, including traditional matcha and hot and iced matcha lattes. Experience preparing espresso-based drinks and steaming milk. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities: Prepare high-quality coffee and matcha beverages. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation. Assist with opening duties, stocking, and daily café operations. Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
