Connie’s Chicken & Waffles is hiring dependable Restaurant Team Members for our Johns Hopkins University location in Baltimore. This position is primarily kitchen-focused, and team members will also be cross-trained to support front counter operations. We’re looking for people who work well in a fast-paced environment, take pride in quality food and customer service, and are willing to support the team where needed. Responsibilities • Prepare menu items according to company standards • Operate fryers, waffle equipment, and other kitchen equipment • Complete food prep, restocking, and order assembly • Provide friendly customer service and operate the front register/POS • Maintain clean and organized work areas • Follow food safety and sanitation standards • Assist other areas of the restaurant as needed Qualifications • Restaurant or food service experience preferred • Reliable and punctual • Strong work ethic and positive attitude • Comfortable working in both kitchen and customer-facing environments • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
