We're looking for dependable Kitchen & Counter Team Members who enjoy working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position is primarily kitchen-focused, but team members are also expected to assist with front counter operations as business needs require. Every shift has a primary responsibility, and successful team members are willing to support the operation wherever needed. This position is ideal for someone with previous restaurant experience who enjoys staying busy, takes pride in quality food, and provides excellent customer service. Responsibilities Prepare menu items according to company recipes and standards Operate fryers, flat tops, waffle equipment, and other kitchen equipment Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep assignments Assemble and package orders accurately Operate the POS system and take customer orders Provide friendly and professional customer service Prepare beverages, milkshakes, sauces, and condiments Restock food, beverages, packaging, and supplies Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries Maintain food safety and sanitation standards Clean equipment, workstations, counters, and service areas Complete opening and closing responsibilities Assist other areas of the operation as business needs require Qualifications At least one year of restaurant or food service experience required Experience preparing food in a commercial kitchen is preferred Comfortable working in both the kitchen and at the front counter Reliable attendance and punctuality Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation Schedule Benefits: **Tip Pooling** 401(k) Employee discount Flexible schedule
